Shipping

  • Shipping charges differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. It will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Your order will be processed within 3 business days and then you will receive another notification email when your order has shipped.
  • Please ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at enquiry@maganum.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • We offer international shipping. The following are examples. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
                             
  • Shipping outsides of the U.S may be subject to taxes, import duties and fees levied by your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

 

Return

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for damaged or defective items.
To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. The items must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Contact us at enquiry@maganum.com to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Upload pictures of your items and write up your problem
  4. Provide a proof of purchase
  5. You will receive a response to your email within 7 business days. We will send you instructions on how and where to return your items, if required.
  6. Your return items will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is approved and be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time to reflect on your bank account statement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
